How Do I Access the Internet Using an encryptSIM eSIM on an iOS Device?
If you’re unable to connect to the internet after installing your encryptSIM eSIM, follow these steps to ensure your device is properly configured.
Ensure Your eSIM Is Enabled
1. Open Settings on your iOS device.
2. Tap Cellular or Mobile Data.
3. Select your encryptSIM eSIM under Cellular Plans.
4. Ensure the eSIM is enabled. If not, toggle it ON.
5. Tap Cellular Data or Mobile Data and select your eSIM as the active data plan.
Connect to the Supported Network
1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Cellular or Mobile.
3. Select your encryptSIM eSIM.
4. Tap Network Selection.
5. Disable Automatic and manually select the network specified in your eSIM details.
Update APN Settings (If Required)
1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Cellular or Mobile.
3. Select your encryptSIM eSIM.
4. Tap Cellular Data Network.
5. Enter the APN provided in your eSIM installation details.
6. Leave all other fields blank.

4. Toggle Data RoamingON if required for your plan.
