A data airdrop adds additional data to your existing encryptSIM eSIM. Once redeemed, the extra data is automatically applied, allowing you to continue using your connection without interruption. Follow the steps below to redeem your airdrop.

‍How to Redeem a Data Airdrop

You’ll need to be signed into your encryptSIM account to redeem your data airdrop.

On Mobile:

1. Go to Profile > Data Airdrops.

2. Tap Redeem Airdrop.

3. Enter your airdrop code.

4. Tap Redeem.

On Desktop:

1. Click on your profile name in the top navigation.

2. Select Data Airdrops.

3. Click Redeem Airdrop.

4. Enter your airdrop code.

5. Click Redeem.

Once the airdrop is successfully applied, you’ll see a confirmation message, and the additional data will be added to your eSIM.

How to Check Your Updated Data Balance

1. Go to My eSIMs.

2. Select the eSIM that received the airdrop.

3. Tap Details.

4. Your updated data balance will be displayed.
