How do I access the internet using an eSIM on a Google Pixel device?

If you’re having trouble connecting your encryptSIM eSIM to the internet on a Google Pixel device after installation, follow these steps to ensure everything is set up correctly.

Confirm Your eSIM is Enabled for Mobile Data

Before proceeding, verify that your eSIM is active and selected for mobile data.

• Go to Settings.

• Tap Network & Internet.

• Tap SIMs.

• Ensure the eSIM is enabled. If not, toggle it ON.

• Toggle Mobile data ON.

Connect to the Supported Network

• Go to Settings.

• Tap Network & Internet.

• Tap SIMs.

• Tap your eSIM.

• Disable Automatically select network.

• Select the network specified in your encryptSIM eSIM instructions.

Update the APN Settings (If Required)

Some eSIMs require APN settings to be updated manually. Depending on your region, your APN may appear as encryptSIM, Airalo, or Webbing—this is normal and does not impact your security or privacy.

• Go to Settings.

• Tap Network & Internet.

• Tap SIMs.

• Tap your eSIM.

• Tap Access Point Names.

• Tap the + icon.

• Enter the new APN in the APN field (check your encryptSIM installation instructions for the correct APN).

• Tap OK.

• Enter a recognizable name in the Name field.

• Leave the other fields blank.

• Tap the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.

• Tap Save.

• Ensure the added APN is selected.

Enable Data Roaming (If Required)

Check if data roaming needs to be enabled for your encryptSIM eSIM.

• Go to Settings.

• Tap Network & Internet.

• Tap SIMs.

• Tap your eSIM.

• Toggle Roaming ON.

After completing these steps, your encryptSIM eSIM should connect successfully. If you need further assistance, reach out to our support team.
