What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

• Your account will be permanently deleted.

• Any unused eSIMs and active plans will be lost.

• Your stored data will be erased, except for any legally required records (such as transaction data for tax compliance).

• If you used a crypto payment method, no personal payment details were ever stored.

How to Delete Your encryptSIM Account

Step 1: Submit an Account Deletion Request

1. Log into your encryptSIM account on the website.

2. Go to Account Settings in your profile.

3. Select “Delete My Account.”

4. Confirm your request. You may be asked to enter your password for security purposes.

Step 2: Confirm Your Identity (If Required)

• If you signed up with an email, you will receive a confirmation email with a final deletion prompt.

Step 3: Data Erasure Process

• Once you confirm, your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

• Your email (if provided) and any stored non-essential data will be erased from our servers.

• If you have active subscriptions or pending transactions, they will be canceled.

Important Notes

• Deleting your account is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

• Transaction records related to purchases may be retained for regulatory compliance, but they will not be linked to your identity.

• If you wish to use encryptSIM again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
