Your ICCID (Integrated Circuit Card Identifier) is the unique number tied to your eSIM. You may be asked to provide it when contacting support or troubleshooting connectivity. Here’s how to locate it on your Android device:
Option 1: Check in Settings
1. Open the Settings app on your device
2. Tap Network & Internet
3. Tap SIMs or Mobile Network (label may vary)
4. Select your active encryptSIM profile
5. Scroll down to find the ICCID or SIM Serial Number — it should start with 89 and be 19–20 digits long
If the ICCID isn’t visible, make sure your encryptSIM line is toggled on. If needed, restart your phone to refresh the SIM information.
Option 2: Use a USSD Code
1. Open your device’s Phone app
2. Dial *#06# and press call
3. A screen will appear displaying your device information, including the ICCID associated with any installed SIM or eSIM
If no ICCID appears, or if you’re using multiple profiles, go back to Settings and ensure your encryptSIM is active.
