How Can I Download My Data Stored by encryptSIM?

encryptSIM is committed to user privacy. We do not track, log, or store any personal data beyond the minimum required to process your transactions. The only information we retain is your name and email address—and only if you choose to provide them. If you pay with crypto, you can remain completely anonymous.

For users who wish to verify what data is associated with their encryptSIM account, you can request a file containing the information we store.

How to Request Your Data

1. Go to Profile > Account Information.

2. Find the Download Your Data section.

3. Select Request My Data.

Once requested, we’ll process your request and send an email with an XML file containing all the data associated with your account. Processing usually takes just a few minutes but may take longer depending on request volume.

You can make up to three data requests per day. If you exceed this limit, you’ll receive an error message prompting you to wait before making another request.

Your Privacy, Your Choice

encryptSIM does not collect browsing data, call records, or any personally identifiable information beyond what’s necessary for processing payments. If you choose to pay with cryptocurrency, you don’t need to provide an email at all.
