Your eSIM installation details are always accessible in two places:

1. In Your encryptSIM Account

You can find your eSIM instructions anytime by logging into your encryptSIM account.

1. Go to My eSIMs.

2. Select the eSIM you want to install.

3. Tap Details > Install eSIM / Access Data.

4. Here, you’ll find all relevant details, including your QR code (if applicable), SM-DP+ Address, Activation Code, and APN settings.

2. In Your Email Inbox

After purchasing an eSIM, you will receive two emails:

• One with your eSIM details, including installation instructions.

• One to set up your account password, ensuring you can always access your eSIM.

If you need to reference these details later, you can bookmark the email or flag it for easy access.

For added security, we do not store any unnecessary personal data, but your eSIM details will always be available in your account. If you have any questions, feel free to contact support.
