Your Access Point Name (APN) is how your device connects to the mobile network. encryptSIM automatically configures APN settings for most users, ensuring seamless, private connectivity. However, in certain cases, you may need to enter your APN details manually to activate your data connection. Unlike traditional carriers, encryptSIM never restricts your access, logs your activity, or tracks your browsing—giving you full control over your mobile data.

How to Find Your APN Settings

If manual APN setup is required, you can find the correct APN details on your eSIM installation page. Navigate to My eSIMs > Details > Install eSIM/Access Data to locate your APN information. Depending on your region, your APN may appear as encryptSIM, Airalo, or Webbing, but your data connection remains fully encrypted and private.

Default APN Configuration

Most encryptSIM connections should automatically configure to:

• Username: Webbing

• APN: wbdata

If your APN does not configure automatically, follow the steps below to manually set it up.

Setting Up Your APN on iOS

1. Open Settings on your device.

2. Go to Cellular or Mobile Data and select your encryptSIM.

3. Tap Cellular/Mobile Data Network.

4. Under the APN field, enter wbdata.

5. In the Username field, enter Webbing.

6. Leave all other fields blank.

Setting Up Your APN on Android

1. Open Settings on your device.

2. Navigate to Network & Internet and tap Mobile Networks.

3. Select Access Point Names (APN).

4. Tap Add and enter the following:

• APN: wbdata

• Username: Webbing

5. Leave all other fields blank and save your changes.
