Before installing your encryptSIM, make sure your Google Pixel device supports eSIMs and is fully network unlocked. If you’re unsure whether your model is compatible, check your manufacturer’s documentation or contact your carrier.

Once you’ve confirmed compatibility, you’re ready to install your eSIM. There’s no app to download—encryptSIM is a web-based platform. Log into your account from any browser to access your installation details.

Step 1: Prepare for Installation

• Log into your encryptSIM account

• Navigate to My eSIMs

• Select the eSIM you want to install and tap Details

• Tap Install eSIM / Access Data

• Choose your preferred installation method: QR Code or Manual

(We do not support direct installation via app)

If you’re using the QR code method, open the install page on a second device, or print it out so you can scan from your Pixel.

Step 2: Install via QR Code

1. On your Pixel device, go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs

2. Tap the + icon next to SIMs

3. Tap Download a SIM instead?

4. Tap Next, then scan your QR code

5. Tap Download to begin installation

6. Once installed, make sure your eSIM is toggled ON

7. Turn on Mobile Data and Data Roaming for full access

Step 3: Install Manually

If QR installation fails or isn’t convenient, use the manual method:

1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs

2. Tap the + icon next to SIMs

3. Tap Download a SIM instead?, then Need help?

4. Tap Enter it manually

5. Paste the SM-DP+ address and activation code from your encryptSIM install page

6. Tap Continue and complete the installation

7. Ensure the eSIM is toggled ON, and enable Mobile Data and Data Roaming
