Getting Started

What is an eSIM?

An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM built into your device. You can activate a data plan without a physical SIM: scan a QR code and you are connected.

Which devices support eSIM?

Many recent smartphones support eSIM, including iPhone XS and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3+, and others. In Settings, go to General, then About, and look for "eSIM" or "Digital SIM". Your device must be unlocked (not carrier-locked).

Do I need to create an account?

No. Enter your email at checkout, pay with crypto, and your eSIM QR code is sent to your inbox. You can look up your order anytime on the My eSIM page using your email and order number.

Payments

Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?

We accept 300+ cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, USDC, BNB, Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC), and more.

Why did my payment expire?

Crypto payments must be sent within the payment window (typically 20 minutes). If it expires, the order is cancelled and no funds are taken. Place a new order; if you sent payment but the order did not update, contact [email protected] with your transaction hash.

Are there any additional fees?

The price shown is the all-in USD price. Network gas fees are paid by you to the blockchain when sending the transaction; they vary by network and are not set by us.

What happens if I overpay or underpay?

Our payment processor validates payments. Underpayments may lead to partial completion; contact support with your order number and transaction ID. Overpayments are usually accepted and the order is fulfilled.

eSIM Delivery and Activation

How quickly will I receive my eSIM?

Usually within minutes. Once your crypto payment is confirmed on-chain, your eSIM QR code is provisioned and emailed to you, typically within 2 to 10 minutes.

I paid but have not received my eSIM. What should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder first. Then go to the My eSIM page and look up your order by email; you will see live provisioning status. If the order shows "paid" but no QR code after 15 minutes, contact [email protected] with your order number.

How do I activate my eSIM?

1. Open Settings, then Cellular/Mobile, then Add eSIM. 2. Choose "Scan QR Code". 3. Scan the QR code from your email. 4. Follow the on-screen steps. Some devices show "Add Data Plan" instead.

Can I use the eSIM alongside my regular SIM?

Yes. Most dual-SIM devices let you use your regular SIM for calls and texts and the eSIM for data. You can set the eSIM as the data line and keep your home SIM active.

Plans and Coverage

Do the plans include calls and SMS?

No. Plans are data-only. They provide internet (4G/LTE or 5G where available) and do not include voice or text.

What does the data allowance reset to after the period ends?

Plans end when their duration ends (e.g. 7 or 30 days). After that, data stops. You would need to buy a new plan.

Refunds and Support

What is your refund policy?

Because eSIMs are delivered digitally and instantly, sales are final once the QR code is provisioned. If the eSIM is not delivered or cannot be activated due to our error, we will refund or resend. Contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

How do I contact support?
