We’re working on bringing top-ups to encryptSIM soon! Once available, you’ll be able to add more data to your existing eSIM without purchasing a new one.

How Top-Ups Will Work

Only rechargeable eSIMs will support top-ups. Before purchasing, you’ll be able to check the Additional Information section to confirm if an eSIM allows top-ups.

Once launched, you’ll be able to top up your eSIM in just a few steps:

1. Log into your encryptSIM account.

2. Go to My eSIMs.

3. Select the eSIM you want to top up.

4. Tap Top Up.

5. Choose a data package and complete the purchase.

What If I Can’t Top Up?

• If there is no Top Up button or it doesn’t work, the eSIM may be non-rechargeable, or there may have been a carrier change. In these cases, a new eSIM will be required.

• If the top-up does not activate immediately, try the following:

• Restart your device after purchasing the top-up.

• Turn Airplane Mode on and off to refresh your network connection.
