Welcome to encryptSIM, a service provided by Toolbase AI Private Limited, a company incorporated in Singapore. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of encryptSIM’s website, services, and eSIM technology. By purchasing, activating, or using encryptSIM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use encryptSIM.
encryptSIM provides global eSIM connectivity without requiring Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, account registration, or personal data collection. Users can purchase and activate eSIMs for mobile data access in supported countries. encryptSIM does not provide voice calling or SMS services unless explicitly stated. The availability of mobile data services depends on local network operators, and encryptSIM does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
By using encryptSIM, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent. You agree to use encryptSIM only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. encryptSIM reserves the right to terminate service if fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected.
All purchases are final. encryptSIM does not offer refunds for unused data, service interruptions, or user error in activation. Users may request refunds only in cases where encryptSIM fails to provide an eSIM profile or the service is unavailable due to a fault on encryptSIM’s end. Payments made with cryptocurrency are non-refundable.
encryptSIM operates under a strict no-logs policy. We do not store, track, or log user data, browsing activity, call history, or location. encryptSIM does not collect personal information beyond the minimum required for eSIM activation and payment processing. Our Privacy Policy explains how encryptSIM handles data. By using encryptSIM, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.
encryptSIM provides mobile data services through third-party network operators. Data speeds, availability, and coverage depend on the network provider. encryptSIM does not control network congestion, speed throttling, or fair use policies imposed by carriers. Some operators may apply data restrictions based on local regulations. encryptSIM is not responsible for performance variations due to carrier limitations.
Users may not use encryptSIM for unlawful activities, including but not limited to:
a. Engaging in fraud, spamming, or phishing
b. Bypassing geo-restrictions or violating local telecom regulations
c. Using encryptSIM for unauthorized reselling or commercial redistribution
d. Interfering with network integrity or security
e. Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
If encryptSIM determines that a user has engaged in prohibited activities, service may be suspended or terminated without refund. encryptSIM complies with lawful government and regulatory requests within its jurisdiction but does not collect user logs.
encryptSIM, its trademarks, branding, website content, and technology are the intellectual property of Toolbase AI Private Limited. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit encryptSIM’s intellectual property without prior written permission.
encryptSIM provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. encryptSIM does not guarantee uninterrupted service, data speeds, or coverage. To the maximum extent permitted by law, encryptSIM is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, including but not limited to loss of data, business disruption, or security breaches.
You agree to indemnify and hold encryptSIM, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of encryptSIM, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of encryptSIM shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore. Users waive their right to class actions or jury trials.
encryptSIM reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the encryptSIM website. Continued use of encryptSIM after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
encryptSIM reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if a user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Users may discontinue service at any time by ceasing use of encryptSIM.
